Magazine Unloader ( UD-SD )

Function:

The PCB Magazine Unloader unload PCBs from upstream machines in the SMT line, it is ideally place at end of SMT line.

PCBs are unload to magazine via pneumatic pusher with regulated push force control.

The Magazine Unloader has 5 magazine capacity (2 Top, 3 Bottom) with Automatic magazine change over, also available in Single Magazine and 1 top, 1 bottom.

Lifter are driven by Servo Motor for precise pitching and fast Magazine change over.

The communication between the Unloader to downstream machine establish via a SMEMA signal.

Touch screen are standard for all model, modes of operation and parameter are input via touch screen display.

Manual mode with individual control of all Motors and Pneumatic actuators.
