Function:

As the name “Ergo” imply this PCB Magazine Unloader is design with Ergonomic in mind for easy handling to human posture.

It is possible to implement auto transfer via AGV or Trolley cart for loading and unloading Magazine with the lower loading and unloading level.

Pusher are “Auto Centering” using PCB size input via touch screen.

All PCB Magazine Unloader Function remain as Standard Loader.

The Ergo Magazine Unloader has 4 magazine capacity (2 Left side, 2 Right side) with Automatic magazine change over.

The communication between the Unloader to downstream machine establish via a SMEMA signal.

Touch screen are standard for all model, modes of operation and parameter are input via touch screen display.

Manual mode with individual control of all Motors and Pneumatic actuators.
