Function:

The PCB Dual Magazine Unloader unload Good PCBs in one magazine and NG to another magazine, it is ideally place after AOI machine.

Hi-speed shuttle unit divert Good/NG board according to signal given to respective magazine position.

PCBs are unload to magazine via pneumatic pusher with regulated push force control.

The Dual Magazine Unloader has 2 magazine capacity, automatic magazine change over available on request.

Lifter are driven by Servo Motor for precise pitching and fast Magazine change over.

The communication between the Dual Magazine Unloader to upstream machine is establish via SMEMA signal.

Touch screen are standard for all model, modes of operation and parameter are input via touch screen display.

Manual mode with individual control of all Motors and Pneumatic actuators.
