Magazine Loader ( LD-SD )

Function:

The PCB Magazine Loader load PCBs to downstream machines in the SMT line, it is ideally place at start of SMT line.
PCBs are load from magazine via motorized pusher with auto centering control.
The standard Magazine Loader has 5 magazine capacity (2 Top, 3 Bottom) with Automatic magazine change over, also available in Single Magazine and 1 top, 1 bottom.
Lifter are driven by Servo Motor for precise pitching and fast Magazine change over.
The communication between the Loader to downstream machine establish via a SMEMA signal.
Touch screen are standard for all model, modes of operation and parameter are input via touch screen display.
Manual mode with individual control of all Motors and Pneumatic actuators.
