Combination Loader ( LD-CL )

Function:

The PCB Combination Loader load PCBs to downstream machines in the SMT line, it is ideally place at start of SMT line.

PCBs are load from bare-board stack via pneumatic vacuum jig or PCB magazine via motorized pusher with auto centering control.

The Bare-board section are able to accommodate 160 to 400pcs PCB stack capacity.

The Magazine section has 2 magazine capacity (1 Top, 1 Bottom) with Automatic magazine change over.

Lifter are driven by Servo Motor for precise pitching and fast Magazine change over.

The communication between the Combination Loader to downstream machine establish via a SMEMA signal.

Touch screen are standard for all model, modes of operation and parameter are input via touch screen display.

Manual mode with individual control of all Motors and Pneumatic actuators.
