Board Traverser ( BH-TR )

Function:

The PCB Board Traverser divert PCBs to combine 2 SMT line to one or vice versa.
PCBs are diverted via rail guided shutter with precise stop action.
The Board Traverser can be configure to accept board in 2 to 1 / 1 to 2 combination or Good/Bad board junction.
The communication between the BoardTraverser to upstream and downstream machine establish via a SMEMA signal.
Touch screen are standard for all model, modes of operation and parameter are input via touch screen display.
Manual mode with individual control of all Motors and Pneumatic actuators.
