Board Turner 180( BH-TN180 )

Function:

The PCB Board Turner 180° turn PCBs 180° to connect downstream machines for head to tail orientation change on same top side up.
PCBs are diverted via turning & gap close mechanism with precise stop action.
The Board Turner can be configure to front fix to rear fix or front fix to front fix with option indexer.
The communication between the Board Turner to upstream and downstream machine establish via a SMEMA signal.
Touch screen are standard for all model, modes of operation and parameter are input via touch screen display.
Manual mode with individual control of all Motors and Pneumatic actuators.
