Board Turner ( BH-TN )

Function:

The PCB Board Turner divert PCBs 90° to connect downstream machines in “L” shape SMT line, it is also possible to connect a “U” shape SMT line with two Turner.
PCBs are diverted via turning & gap close mechanism with precise stop action.
The Board Turner can be configure to accept board in CW/CCW position or Good/Bad board junction.
The communication between the BoardTurner to upstream and downstream machine establish via a SMEMA signal.
Touch screen are standard for all model, modes of operation and parameter are input via touch screen display.
Manual mode with individual control of all Motors and Pneumatic actuators.
