Magazine NG Buffer ( BF-NG )

Function:

The PCB Magazine NG Buffer buffering PCBs in SMT line for minimise stoppage of SMT line process, it is ideally place after AOI for Good and Bad shorting.
PCBs are load to magazine via pneumatic in-pusher with regulated push force control.
PCBs are unload from magazine via motorized out pusher with auto centering control.
The Magazine NG Buffer operating in 3 machine mode, Store NG, Store GD or Pass through.
Magazine NG Buffer has 1 magazine capacity, multi magazine available on request.
The communication between the Buffer to upstream and downstream machine is establish via SMEMA signal.
Touch screen are standard for all model, modes of operation and parameter are input via touch screen display.
Manual mode with individual control of all Motors and Pneumatic actuators.
