Substrate Unloader ( UD-SUB )
Function:
The Substrate Unloader unload substrate to substrate magazine in the substrate line, it is ideally place at end of the line.
The Substrate Unloader grab magazine from loading conveyor through X-Z servo system.
Substrate’s are unload to magazine via pneumatic pusher with regulated push force control.
The Substrate Unloader has 10 magazine capacity (5 Top, 5 Bottom) with Automatic magazine change over.
The communication between the Unloader to upstream machine establish via a SMEMA signal.
Touch screen are standard for all model, modes of operation and parameter are input via touch screen display.
Manual mode with individual control of all Motors and Pneumatic actuators.
