Substrate Loader ( LD-SUB )
Function:
The Substrate Loader load substrate to downstream machines in the substrate line, it is ideally place at start of the line.
The Substrate Loader grab magazine from loading conveyor through X-Z servo system.
Substrate’s are load from magazine via pneumatic pusher with regulated push force control.
The Substrate Loader has 10 magazine capacity (5 Top, 5 Bottom) with Automatic magazine change over.
The communication between the Loader to downstream machine establish via a SMEMA signal.
Touch screen are standard for all model, modes of operation and parameter are input via touch screen display.
Manual mode with individual control of all Motors and Pneumatic actuators.
